Open Positions

F-18 C/D Weapon Systems Officer or Pilot – San Diego, CA

This position shall develop advanced war game scenarios to support training to Navy warfare commanders and staffs in TACAIR employment, to include aircraft carrier operations, strike warfare (both land and maritime), integrated air defense, joint integration, and other TACAIR missions and planning factors. Facilitate war game execution and accomplishment of training objectives by managing strike warfare scenario aspects, role-playing and coordinating TACAIR elements as required, and responding to training audience actions as needed to manage scenario play. Facilitate student planning efforts in strike warfare aspects of war game scenarios and being prepared to provide academic briefs and other instruction in F/A-18 employment

Anti-Submarine Tactical Air Controller (ASTAC) – San Diego, CA

This position shall provide dynamic teaching & training as well as assessment that require advanced knowledge of ASW/ASUW air control tactics and procedures for all Aegis baselines. Review and analyze ASW/ASUW air tactics and procedures IAW U.S. Navy Operational and Tactical procedures. Integrates and conceptualizes the execution of operational and tactical procedures, optimizing the application of ships Air Control capabilities and limitation in the dynamic ASW/ASUW operational tactical environment. Conduct dynamic assessment of the sailors’ abilities to comply with approved operational and tactical procedures, and ships Battle Orders and thereafter provides formal appraisal of performance with recommendations for improvement and methods to maintain tactical and procedural proficiency. Develop and deliver complex ASW/ASUW training scenarios

Senior Training Analyst – San Diego, CA

This position shall use a tailored Training application, manage in-house programs/processes used to monitor training requirements; review Enlisted Distribution and Verification Report for ships’ manpower/manning status; track prospective gains on PCS Orders; create individual training tracks; provide school quota management; document completed and future training schedules. Act as a liaison with the Navy learning centers and contractors' provided sites to coordinate crew training. Prepare and submit periodic status reports and a comprehensive end-of-training report as a measure of crew training accomplishments in preparation for a successful crew certification.

Logistician – Pascagoula, MS

This position shall initiate purchase requests for each hull for all necessary consumable office supplies and assist in the inventory and issuance of consumable items. Participate in documentation reviews to identify discrepancies and initiate corrective actions. Assist the ship’s Supply Officer during COSAL inventory and track material shortage lists. Provide technical support to the Supply Department and incorporate previous lessons learned. Assist the command with tracking the requisitioning, expediting and receipt of materials. Coordinate the distribution and management of government provided industrial safety gear (hard hats, safety glasses, etc.) to crew personnel. Assist the Supply Department Head with instructions, notices, and various technical documentation. Liaison with NAVSEA, SUPSHIP, the shipbuilder, and vendors for resolving logistics issues. Provide monthly status progress reports. Develop and maintain lessons learned for certifications, ship trials, Crew Move Aboard (CMA), training, and sail away. Manage databases and update the order status of purchase requests. Track the progress of the POA&M for Supply Officer and assist with resolution for delinquent requirements.
